Paleo Pumpkin Coconut Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
1.5 cup almonds (or other nuts of choice)
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup drippy almond butter (you can use peanut for a non-paleo version)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp [pure maple syrup|https://amzn.to/2LSrUOz
1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
Place almonds and coconut on a cooking sheet and place in oven for 15 minutes, or until slightly toasted.
Add almonds and coconut to a food processor and process until it is a flour or meal-like texture.
