cardamom vanilla cream doughnuts

ingredients
filling:
1 stick of butter, room temp
1/3c heavy cream
2 1/4c powdered sugar
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp cardamom
pinch of salt
sugar coating:
1 cup sugar
½ tsp ground cardamom



preparation
roll out your chilled dough about ½ inch thick. cut out your doughnuts,I used a drinking glass. cover and let them rise for 45 mins. in a heavy bottom pot, or wok ;) , heat about 2-3′ of oil until it reaches 360-370F.
