No Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
No Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Brownie Bites, a delicious guilt-free healthy alternative that’s packed with flax seed and quick and easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips (Mini and/or Regular Size)
3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together all of the dry ingredients.
Add in peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir and fold together until well mixed. NOTE: You may find the mixture is still dry (crumbly) at this point. Start with 1/2 cup maple syrup. If it's too dry, add in 1 tbsp. If the mixture is still a little too dry, keep adding in 1 tbsp of maple syrup at a time until you like the consistency.
