Seedy Gluten Free Granola

A quick, easy and convenient breakfast that is gluten, dairy and low in sugar. This granola is the perfect, healthy solution to those busy mornings.



Ingredients
2 cups buckwheat groats
1/2 cup pepitas
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup linseeds
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
3 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Add all dry ingredients to a medium sized bowl.
