No Bake Salted Tahini Cookie Dough Fudge
Healthy, no bake salted tahini cookie dough fudge is made with 5 simple ingredients and tastes like your favorite cookie dough! This melt-in-your-mouth fudge is gluten and dairy free, and is the perfect treat to keep in your freezer.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup tahini
¼ cup melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
½ tablespoon good-quality vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, plus 2 tablespoons for sprinkling on top
Maldon or fancy sea salt, for sprinkling on top
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the tahini, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and salt until smooth. Fold in ¼ cup chocolate chips.
